Contemplation

Contemplation

Sit quietly, breathe, clear your mind and be totally relaxed mentally and physically. Connect with the soul energy in your heart area – feel the love. Place the intention to receive clarity about each of the following separately. Wait and your soul will bring you words, images, impressions and/or thoughts. Wait until you know you are complete.

You can begin by saying, “I will have the truth of the matter.”

1. The evolution of this planet

2. Why I chose to be here during this time

3. What my next step is

You can, of course, ask yourself, your soul, anything you want. After all, you are the soul. You could also take points I made in my Evolution post and ask for more information and clarity about that. Information comes according to your willingness to receive. The soul is always ready to help and assist. If you would like, journal what you get and sit with it later. The information will expand and become clearer.

EROS PRACTICES - THE HOW TO

We use different techniques with individuals to facilitate the movement homeward to self, and to lift the memory of the divine truths within. Here are the five primary ones that you can use daily.

The Five Breaths: Soul Energy Flow through the body into the new 5^th D Love Energy on Earth:

Set Intention: To allow flow of your Soul energy through your form into the 5^th Domain planetary energy of love that is present now on Earth. Your intention is your command of free will. There is nothing to do after you set intention, just allow and do the breaths.

Connect to yourself in your heart. You will take a total of 5 breathes that include an in breath, hold breath, and out breath (all the same count, at your own count). Breaths 1-3 are to relax, on the 4^thbreath know and trust that your soul energy is in your form and on the exhale allow it to flow through your feet into the 5th Domain energy of love that is on Earth. On the 5^th breath on the exhale allow the energy to flow out in every direction from your body including your feet into the 5th Domain energy of love on the planet. There is no effort in this, just allowing. If you want to repeat more than once at the same time repeat the entire series of the 5 breaths each time.

Meditation: We recommend you meditate twice a day, morning and night, for 30 minutes. Meditation is the state of merging with the soul without thought. You do not do Practices in meditation. sit in a comfortable, quiet place. Connect with your soul energy in your heart area. breathe, relax and lay all of the world aside. Close your eyes, see the point of white light in front of you, allow it to move toward you, becoming clearer and larger until you merge into it. The ultimate state of meditation is to float in your soul energy, mindless and beyond physicality.

Contemplation: Connect with the energy of your soul in the area of your heart. Feel the energy expand, clear your thoughts and lay aside all worldly issues. Focus with soul on the topic – and that topic only. This focus is soul guided. Your soul will respond by communicating through images, thoughts and knowing, insights and understanding regarding your focus topic. Repeat this with each topic over days until you feel you have understanding. Please note that as you expand this understanding with deepen and expand. This is continuated as long as you are in form. You are remembering from soul. Each time you remember, bring into consciousness what you know in your soul, it steps you forward to remember and understand more. This is a good Practice to use to find the core issues within you to let them go. It is also very helpful in understanding the soul and the cosmic world you live in.

Stillness: Sit in a quiet place inside or outside. Connect to your soul. Clear your mind. With eyes open or closed simply be. If there is something you would like to bring away from this time. Place the intention and let go. Without expectation you simply are with heightened connection to self and a heightened connection to the inner world, eyes open or closed. You may have insights and/or experiences that reveal truth and understanding. It is recommended that you go into Stillness for short periods multiple times a day without an agenda to simply be, connect and remove yourself from all the activity in the world.

Being in Nature: We find it greatly beneficial to be in nature. The natural world is without ego, can blend with you, communicate with you, love you without hesitation. If you have a quiet place in nature to do Practices take advantage of it. Or, simply spend time in nature quietly being, walking and allowing experiences to come to you from the inside and from all the life in nature.
